1. Information on this site

We keep the prices, hours, programmes and other details on this site accurate and up to date, but they can change. The price shown when you book on Courtside, or confirmed by the club, is the one that applies.

2. Court bookings and coaching

Courts are booked on Courtside (https://courtside.id/clubs/padel-party) or through the club's WhatsApp, 082319592034. Bookings made on Courtside, including payment and any change to them, are subject to Courtside's own terms. Coaching and prepaid hour packages are arranged with the club on WhatsApp.

At the club, please follow staff instructions and the rules in place on the day.

3. Youth Academy registration

• Only a parent or guardian may register a child.
• The information you give, including health information, must be accurate and complete, so that coaches can train the child safely.
• Submitting the form is a request to join. The club then arranges an initial assessment and places the child in the right age and level group.
• Plans and fees are those shown on the Youth Academy page, or as confirmed by the club.

4. Community and Club of the Month

The Club of the Month board counts the sessions the club's team records for each club, and the club may correct a record that is wrong. Prizes, when there are any, are the ones announced for that month. The Party People community runs on Reclub, under Reclub's terms.

5. Feedback

You can send us feedback through the feedback page. We read it and may use it to improve the club, with no obligation to you. Please do not include other people's personal data.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully, and do not try to break into, overload or disrupt it or its forms.
• Do not submit false information, or someone else's data without their permission.
• Search engines and AI assistants may crawl and read the public pages, as set out in robots.txt.

7. Content and citation

The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Padel Party or its licensors. You may quote facts from the site, such as prices, hours and programmes, with a link to padelparty.id as the source. Any other use of the content needs our written permission.

8. Other services

The site links to services run by others, including Courtside, Reclub, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them. The Padel Party app is run by the club.

9. Health and safety

Padel is a physical sport. Play within your own fitness, and tell the club about any condition that matters for your safety or your child's.

10. Liability

We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, Padel Party is not liable for indirect loss arising from using the site, or from relying on information that has since changed. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Indonesian consumer protection law.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at padelparty.id/privacy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will try to settle any dispute amicably first.
