This policy explains what personal data Padel Party ("Padel Party", "we", "us"), the padel club at Jl. Raya Sawangan No.7C, Mampang, Kec. Pancoran Mas, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat 16433, collects through padelparty.id, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have under Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

1. What we collect

We collect only what a form on this site asks for, what analytics records about a visit, and what keeps the site secure.

Youth Academy registration: the child's name, nickname, date of birth, gender, school and grade, phone number and email; the parent or guardian's name, relationship, phone number and email; padel experience and level, other academies, reasons for joining and preferred training schedule; any health information you choose to give (medical conditions, current medication and precautions); the medical statement, the guardian's consent and the signature drawn on the form.
Feedback: the message you write on the feedback page. That form asks for no name or contact details.
Earlier programmes: the free trial booking, member promotion and tournament registration forms are closed. Records already collected through them, such as names, emails, WhatsApp numbers, booking preferences and uploaded screenshots, remain covered by this policy.
Visit data: Google Analytics records the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you reached the site, using cookies.
Security data: your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated form submissions and to protect the site from abuse.

This site takes no payments and collects no card details. Court bookings and payments happen on Courtside.

2. How we use it

To process a Youth Academy registration, contact the family, arrange the initial assessment and place the child in the right age and level group.
To publish the child's class schedule and session reports in the Padel Party app, where the family reads them.
To keep children safe during training, using the health information given at registration.
To read and act on feedback.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

3. Children's data

The Youth Academy is for children aged 6 to 16, so its registration form collects data about children. It must be completed by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the form. We use a child's data only to run the academy for that child, and a parent or guardian can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete it.

4. Health information

Health information is specific personal data under Indonesian law. It is optional on the registration form. We use it only to keep the child safe during training, and we do not share it outside the club.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed:

The Padel Party app (app.padelparty.id), run by the club, which receives an academy student's name and class schedule so the family can read the schedule and session reports.
Google, for Google Analytics.
Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and our messaging provider Kirimdev, for WhatsApp messages we send you.
The hosting and storage providers that run this site and keep its records.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

Courtside, Reclub, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are separate services with their own privacy policies. When you use them through a link on this site, their policies apply.

6. Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works without them. The staff sign-in pages use a cookie to keep staff signed in; visitors never receive it.

7. Security

The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and records are open only to authorised club staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data, and we will notify the people affected by an incident as the law requires.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as its purpose needs it, for example while a child is enrolled in the academy and for a reasonable period after, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

9. Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 you may ask to be told how your data is used, to see or get a copy of it, to correct or update it, to have it deleted, to withdraw your consent and to object to its processing. 10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when what we collect, or how we use it, changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
