## Youth Academy

Child development taught through padel, for ages 6 to 16, led by Adrian Cordon Martinez: Rey Juan Carlos Universidad (Bachelor Degree in Primary Education, Physical Education); Registro Profesional de Padel (Padel Instructor). Every child starts with an assessment, is placed by age and level, trains in 120 minute sessions on a schedule shown in the Padel Party app, and parents receive a written report after every session plus a full monthly evaluation, all in the app. Rackets are lent free during academy sessions.

- Kids Development, Age 6 to 8, Beginner, Coach Adrian: Movement, coordination and a fun introduction to padel.
- Junior Development, Age 9 to 12, Beginner, Coach Adrian: Strong fundamentals, technique and game understanding.
- Youth Development, Age 13 to 16, Intermediate, Coach Adrian: Progressive technique, movement and tactical understanding.
- Youth Performance, Age 10 to 16, Advanced, Coach Adrian and Coach Timotius: Structured competitive development for selected players.

The Party People is the club's community on Reclub (https://reclub.co/clubs/@partypeople), where open play (mabar), sparring and women-only, beginner-only, children's sessions are organised.
